My journey from my colorful upbringing in Manila, Philippines, to my five-year sojourn in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, has given me a rare perspective that fuels and shapes my passion for storytelling. From the bustling streets of NYC to the rich cultural tapestry of Asia, I am dedicated to shedding light on stories that transcend borders and unite us all.

Whether it's through writing, design, or my recent adventures with Virtual Reality, I enjoy challenging myself and problem solving to bring about stories that immerse and inspire.

When I'm not grinding on news reporting, I explore my other passions, such as working on my food blog, Franchette's Fork. Additionally, I have a unique background as an ice skating coach in Queens, New York, and was a former ice skating performer during my years in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
