Creamy, buttery mushroom sauce. Juicy steak. Perfectly crisp potatoes. I know I‘ve already raved about EveryPlate (the meal-kit delivery app) over their Pork Poblano Tacos recipe, but they really outdid themselves with this steak dish in particular. The recipe alone is something I would definitely repeat even after I quit the meal plan, and has become my favorite savory indulgence this season. Though we obviously can't truly reach Wolfgang Puck-level steak from a meal kit app, it definitely comes close for an at-home lunch or dinner, perfect for impressing your special someone, or just taking yourself on a nice and "swanky" date, from the comfort of your own home. Now, that sounds like "self-care" to me!
